Enabling large scale genomic screening
ScreeninC provides clinical and basic research groups access to expertise in large-scale screening and unique research tools with the aim to expand and accelerate ongoing research programs that will increase our understanding of cancer and could yield new treatment options.
We provide support for
1. Model generation
From well-established cancer cell lines to complex models including iPSC and genome-editing
2. Assay development
Cell-based assays for proliferation and viability, reporters with plate reader or FACS-based readout, and high-content imaging.
Pooled and arrayed platforms for CRISPR, CRISPRi, CRISPRa, RNAi and small molecule compounds libraries.
